MEET OUR COACHES
Chelsea Jones - Head Coach
Chelsea had the privilege of being a Ralston Valley Pom during her four years at RV. She is very thrilled to be returning to coach their amazing Pom teams for a second year. As a graduate from CSU with a degree in Health and Exercise Science she is now a trainer at the new F45 training facility. She is also passionate about empowering teenage girls to find confidence and beauty within themselves, and is working on achieving her ultimate goal by creating an after school program. While in college she was a dancer for five great seasons for the IFL’s Colorado Crush. She is now honored to continue her dancing career by being a Denver Broncos Cheerleader. One of her greatest accomplishments was being accepted into the Disney College Program as a character performer where she played various characters in meet and greets, parades, and played a part in making wishes come true to Make-a-Wish children. She is also a dance instructor at Mile High Dance Center and a coach for the Junior Denver Broncos Cheerleaders and the Junior Denver Broncos Allstars.

Natalie Kulacz - Head Coach

Natalie is currently a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher at Ralston Valley High School. She grew up in a small town in Illinois, but traded in the corn fields for mountains during the summer of 2016. In high school, Natalie was a member of the Poms team and enjoyed taking studio classes such as ballet and modern. Reflecting on her high school career, she felt that joining the Poms team was the most rewarding and memorable part of that time in her life. Not only did they win state in both single A Pom and Open Dance each year, but she took away many valuable lessons such as the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and confidence. After earning her Bachelor's of Science degree, she began her career in teaching and coaching poms. Natalie is excited and honored to be coaching Poms at RVHS and is looking forward to this season!
